Who we are.
You can reach us at info@xubek.com. This policy covers personal data we receive through xubek.com.
What we collect.
When you use the contact form on the site, we collect the details you give us: your name, your email address, your phone number (optional), and the message you write in the “working on” field. We do not collect anything you have not typed in yourself.
Why we collect it.
Solely to read your enquiry and respond to it. We do not use the information for marketing, profiling, or anything you have not asked us to do.
Where it goes.
Submissions are stored in a database we run on Supabase so we can pick the thread back up. Email delivery is handled by Resend, and the site itself is hosted on Vercel. All three act as data processors on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it.
No longer than necessary to respond to you and follow up sensibly. As a default we hold contact-form data for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.
Your rights under UK GDPR.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, restrict how we use it, receive a portable copy, and object to its processing. To exercise any of these, email info@xubek.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies.
We do not set tracking cookies and we do not run analytics on this site. If that ever changes, this page will be updated before it does.
Updates to this policy.
If we change how we handle data, we will revise this page and update the effective date below. Material changes will be obvious; small clarifications may be quiet.
